Karen Hawkins
Karen Hawkins is not only a NY Times best selling author, a maker of stained glass, and a dog owner (Duke is his name), she is downright hillarious. Karen was raised in a large family in Tennesee where, between biological family, adopted children, and foreign exchange students, there was often 12-15 people living in her house! Something you might not know about her is that she has a P.h. D in Political Science and taught in a Georgia College for several years. She currently lives in Orlando Florida and is a self-proclaimed addict of chocolate and shoes.
Her newest book, To Scotland, With Love, was released in August of 2007 and is sure to be a big hit.
